Touress B2B is a travel partner application provided by Touress Global Holidays for authorised Touress travel partners and agents. The app helps partners browse series travel packages, view package details, access marketing collateral, submit booking requests through a WebView booking page, view booking records, and manage account and profile information.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and process the following information:

Account and profile information: partner or agent name, company name, contact details, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, login credentials or authentication tokens, profile details, and related account status information.
Booking request and booking record information: selected package, departure date, passenger or customer details submitted by the partner, booking request details, payment or follow-up status, notes, and related operational records.
Package and collateral activity: package details viewed, marketing collateral accessed or generated, image or flyer requests, and related app activity needed to provide partner services.
WebView booking information: information entered or submitted through the booking WebView, session information needed to connect the mobile app with the booking page, and records needed to process booking requests.
Device and notification information: push notification token, device platform, app version, device name, and related technical information needed to deliver app notifications and maintain app compatibility.
Usage and technical information: login activity, feature usage, error information, network status, IP address, browser or WebView user agent, server logs, and other technical logs used to maintain security and improve app reliability.

3. Device, Media, and Notification Access

The app may request access to device features such as notifications, network access, and media or file storage where needed for app functions such as receiving service notifications, opening booking pages, viewing or downloading marketing collateral, or uploading documents through the booking WebView. These permissions are used only for app features requested by the user. Users can deny or revoke device permissions through their device settings, although some app features may not work without the required permission.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell user personal data. We may share or process information with the following parties only as needed to operate the app and provide travel partner services:

Authorised Touress staff: to process booking requests, provide partner support, manage package operations, and handle customer service.

Users may also update certain profile information in the app where available and may manage device permissions through their device settings. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.

9. Children

Touress B2B is intended for authorised Touress travel partners and agents. It is not designed as an app directed to children, and children are not permitted to register as partner or agent users.

10. International Processing

User information may be processed using servers, cloud infrastructure, or service providers located in Indonesia or other countries where our technology providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure that data is processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
